Can we house a work crew in an Airbnb or through Booking?
For a few nights, yes, but it rarely suits a project lasting several weeks: the home may not be free when you need to extend, hosts don't know what professionals need, and the team sometimes has to move mid-assignment. A dedicated partner reserves the home for the whole project.
Must the accommodation address appear in the SIPSI declaration?
Yes, the posting declaration includes information about the workers' accommodation. We send you the address and details of the home as soon as you book, so you can file your declaration before arrival.
Do we have to declare the accommodation if we rent an apartment for our team?
Generally yes, if several workers share it: it is collective accommodation, to be declared to the prefecture and the labour inspectorate within 30 days (Cerfa no. 61-2091). We help you prepare the file.
How many workers can share a bedroom?
Six people at most per bedroom, with at least 6 m² per person, separate bedrooms for men and women and at least 80 cm between beds. Bunk beds are not allowed in collective accommodation.
Can you house us for the whole project, even if it changes?
Yes. The home is reserved for your team for the whole planned period, and we handle extensions without making you change homes.
Which languages do you work in?
We work in English and French, by email, phone or WhatsApp, 7 days a week. This guide is available in 11 languages for your teams and your administrative staff.
