Frequent questions
What is the minimum length of stay?
5 nights for a first stay, 2 nights for returning clients. We focus on medium and long stays for work teams: the longer the stay, the better the rate.
Do you invoice our company directly?
Yes. The contract and the invoices are in the name of your company.
Can we extend the stay or change the number of people?
Yes, subject to availability. To leave earlier or release beds, the notice is set in your contract: at least one week for a first stay, more flexible for returning clients.
Is there parking for vans and trucks?
Most of our homes have free parking nearby suited to vans, and some have private parking on site.
Our site is far from Paris. Can you help?
Yes. Tell us where the site is: we dedicate homes from our local partners to your project.
Do you rent to tourists or private individuals?
No. Our homes are reserved exclusively for companies and their teams: contractors, posted workers, project and installation crews, and associations.
Where are your homes?
Our own homes are north of Paris (Sarcelles, Garges-lès-Gonesse, near Roissy-CDG and Le Bourget), south of Paris (Châtenay-Malabry, near Massy and Saclay) and near Péronne on the A1. Elsewhere in France, we house your team through our local partners.
